It is a title released by the Supercell team, known for their big hit from 2012 Clash of Clans. It is a company made up of a young development team from Finland who, with their work of less than six years, have already achieved enviable popularity on the mobile game market. In the manner of the classic Supercell game, Clash Royale also gives players the ability to create clans and wage war against each other, and as the name suggests, the game is set in the same world as Clash of Clans. In other words, expect to see a lot of familiar faces from the original game.
How to play
Battles are fought with the help of cards. In the deck, the player can have a maximum of eight cards, and in total there are 48 different cards that are collected during the game. Each card has a certain number of points that it carries. There is an Elixir in the game, something that in classic games of this type is better known as Mana. That Elixir can be a maximum of 10, and cards carry points from 2 and up, depending on the strength of the card. The playstyle is strategic, you take a card, discard it, spend an Elixir, and the effect of the card takes effect instantly. Cards can be of three different types: army, building or spell. Use them as needed, depending on the moment of the battle. After each battle, the player receives a chest containing a reward. There may be gold inside, some rare card. If you get a double card, it's a step towards leveling up the received card. In fact, the game is very simple and terribly addictive, and you notice that already in the tutorial phase. Rounds last three minutes each. Each side has 3 towers, two smaller and one larger, let's call it the main one. If none of the players manage to eliminate all three opponent's towers within three minutes, then sudden death starts - whoever destroys someone's tower first is the winner of the battle. The game is very interesting, dynamic and addictive.
