How would you play pandemic 2, first choose your mode: relaxed or realistic. Realistic mode is more difficult so leave this one to the pros if this is your first time. Then choose from three available microbes that also vary in difficulty. You can click on each country to see how well it's progressing, or go to the main map in the top left to navigate around the red square. You can see the latest news in the left column for reports on the spread of the disease. Once you accumulate points, you can upgrade your microbe by adding more symptoms, modes of transmission, and resistance
