Fireboy and Watergirl set out on an epic adventure in the ice temple. There are many mechanisms you have to work through to find your way. Work together with your friend and help the poor fellow through each level in this 2-player co-op. What secrets and dangers lurk deep in the ice temple? That's what brave heroes Fireboy and Watergirl want to find out in this adventure game. Fireboy can control powerful flames again, and his friend, Watergirl, is great with water. But theirs will be able to mix a bit while they are in the ice temple. The Fireboy can glide through cold surfaces, but will struggle to climb any slope that is covered in snow. It will slide right off. Watergirl, on the other hand, slows down whenever her feet touch a flat surface covered with snow and ice. Snowy slopes, however, are not a problem for her. So this dynamic duo will have to team up once again as they jump across all the platforms of the temple and head for the exit door. Fireboy and Watergirl will need your help as they try to figure out how to cross lakes by freezing them with lasers, or rally around pools filled with bubbles of molten lava. These two heroes love a good adventure and hope you can help them. Can you successfully complete all the challenges?
This game was initially released as a Flash game in July 2014. In September 2018, the game was updated to HTML5. Fireboy and Watergirl - The Ice Temple was created by Oslo Albet.
Watergirl and Fireboy find themselves in mysterious temples and each time they try to get out of them. To succeed, they must solve puzzles and work together. You can play alone playing the role of a boy and a girl at the same time or play together with a friend or sister where you each control a different character, we think it's much more fun to play together. In each level, the goal is to reach the door that takes you to the next room in the temple. Fireboy should come to the door marked in red and Watergirl should come to the door marked in blue. Along the way, both characters need to pick up diamonds that have the same color as themselves. In the levels marked with a diamond, both the girl and the boy need to collect the green diamond. The faster you reach the door of each level, the better score and higher rank you will get. To get to the solution for each level, you have to press buttons to start elevators, push frames and bricks to help move switches.
