Wormate.io is a free multiplayer online game about eating candy to become the longest and strongest worm in the arena. Join the fast-paced world of living and dying in this brightly lit arena of hungry, glittering creatures. As you grow, you become more dangerous and powerful compared to the worms that are just starting out. Use your length to break their movement :). As soon as they are eliminated from the game, their remains are replaced with delicious sweets. Among the things you'll find in this overcrowded playground are special abilities that speed up your worm or boost its growth. The rules of the game are the same as in the game Slither, just to succeed here you have to eat sweets, donuts and cakes.

Power ups (boosts) - are special types of food that give you new abilities, but only for a short time. Here is the list:
Lids - gives you a lot of food.
Speed Boost - increases your speed
Magnet - pulls food towards him
Magnifying glasses - increases the viewing area
Crisscross - allows you to make sharper turns
Multiplier - multiplies the amount of mass obtained from food depending on the multiplier (such as 2x, 5x and 10x).

How to play Wormate.io

In the world of Wormate, your main goal is to become the biggest worm, and for that you have to eat passive food that you will find on the map or kill other worms and eat their mass. To kill an enemy world, simply crash into their body, and eat the dropped mass (food) as fast as possible! At first you don't try to fight other worms, because you don't have a big enough body to really catch one, but it's not a bad idea to try and salvage food from dead worms.

Strategy

There are various strategies for killing snakes. Here are some strategies you can use.
Circle in - is a strategy of circling around the opponent. If the opponent moves inward, so do you (this part is risky because your opponent can make a sudden move outward to kill you). Eventually the opponent will hit you in your body and die.
Blocking out Your Opponent's Escape is the strategy of blocking the opponent's escape by going side by side (or close to him), forward in front of him, and finally making a sharp turn and blocking their escape so that he cannot come back. If you get this part wrong, try to use the circle in strategy before he runs away.

Within the game your worm will follow the mouse pointer, this will only control the direction of the worm's head, but you cannot stop your worm. You can also left-click to increase the worm's speed as long as you hold it, but remember that this ability slowly consumes some of your existing scores.
